ISLAMABAD: The Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman and Pakistan permanent representative to UN Dr Maleeha Lodhi have called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in PM house Islamabad.
According to media reports , the Air Chief briefed PM Nawaz on professional matters of PAF in the meeting.The both discussed the issues related to National Action Plan and ongoing Zarb e Azb operation. Sharif appreciated PAF role in counter terrorism and also said that government will provide all advanced facilities to PAF to combat terrorism.
Meanwhile  Pakistan's Permanent Representative in the United Nations, Maleeha Lodhi also held a meeting with the Premier here .
 The meeting continued for 30 minutes. The  both discussed issues of mutual interests and Maleeha Lodhi also informed PM Sharif about her engagements in United Nations. Sharif appreciated her role in UN with an advice to ensure her best to inform UN about the challenges ahead of Pakistan.

Special Assistant to PM Tariq Fetemi was also present on the occasion.
