KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi has once again issued non bailable arrest warrants of MQM founder Altaf Hussain, Farooq Sattar, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Rehan Hashmi and other MQM leaders in provocative speech case.

According to media reports, provocative speech case came up for hearing before ATC Saturday.

The counsel for Waseem Akhtar said that MQM founder Altaf Hussain was expelled from the party when he delivered anti Pakistan speech. Senior leaders of the party including Farooq Sattar and Khalid Maqbool are named in the case while other accused are free  and Waseem Akhtar is in jail.

The court inquired from counsel for Waseem Akhtar if he had objection over their freedom ; “ you want that they  should  also be  apprehended”.

Counsel for Waseem Akhtar said he had no objection over non apprehension of other leaders but he had objection over Waseem Akhtar being in jail.

The court once again issued  non bailable arrest warrants of the accused persons and ordered for arresting them and producing them before it on November 12.
