ISLAMABAD: Former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftkhar Muhammad Chaudhry stated that all five judges have declared Nawaz Sharif corrupt and maintained that in the presence of PM JIT cannot work independently.

While talking in an Interview to a private TV channel Iftkhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the court remarked that two judges wanted disqualification of PM.

 All judges were of the view that copy of accord presented by PM before the court is bogus and termed the Hussain Nawaz’s interview as disputed.

According to the judgment of the judges there is ambiguity in the statements regarding the purchase of London flats.

To a question Iftkhar Muhammad Chaudhry stated that formation of JIT not made any sense after as much evidence.

He said that the court remarked that PM did not mention about the letter of Qatari prince and condemned the letter of Qatari prince and further remarked that the concerned record was not produced before the court.

He said that Nawaz Sharif told a lie adding that JIT is always formed for the accused.
He questioned that an inquiry of economic terrorism committed by Nawaz Sharif would be initiated.

To a question about NAB’s performance Iftkhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the court has no trust upon the chairman of NAB.
