ISLAMABAD: The federal police have failed to submit final challans to the court of five cases under the anti terrorism clauses, for past three month owing the shoddy investigation system.
The reliable sources told “Online” that terrorism cases were registered in the police stations like Sabzi Mandi, I-9, Khanna and Barakhue. The accused included Afghan nationals and some central target killers allegedly hailing from two political parties.
However, the officer told that two Station House Officers (SHOs) of police station Khana including three investigation officers of case 165 under the clause of Anti Terrorism have been changed.But instead of, the police concerned could not submit final challan of the case so far. The officer said that at least 35 accused were sent to jail by the police more of them were innocent citizens.
This is the reason that the police could not nab the actual accused as there are gangs named boxers and tigers are implicated who have allegedly association with influential political personalities and some police officers.
The police officials said that JIT is investigating the case filed under the Anti Terrorism clauses adding that final report would be soon submitted in the court.
