ISLAMABAD: One more petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC)  seeking disqualification of  Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI)  Chairman Imran Khan .

Barrister Daniyal Chaudhry, son of PML-N central leader Chaudhry Tanveer has filed this petition in SC making Imran Khan and PEMRA respondents. .
The petitioner took the plea in his petition filed under Article  184 (3) of the constitution  that Imran Khan had lied several times  about his assets and  he remained no more Sadiq and Amin by lying about  his  Bani Gala property..

Imran Khan be disqualified being not Sadiq and Amin, he prayed.

He pleaded Imran  statements are a clear threat to national security and national economy

He said that Imran Khan is lying to the nation by making Panama case as basis.
The petitioner also prayed to court that orders should be issued to Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to cancel the licenses of those channels which aired Khan’s statements.
