ISLAMABAD: At least four proscribed Lasker-e-Jhangvi terrorists have been apprehended, while weapons explosives and suicide jacket have also been recovered during a search operation by Rangers in Karachi.

On a tip-off, the Rangers personnel raided hideouts in Baldia and Orangi Towns of Karachi on Saturday and rounded up four terrorists affiliated with proscribed Lasker-e-Jhangvi. The personnel also recovered a suicide vest, 15 kilograms of explosives, 18 hand grenades, two Kalashnikovs and huge rounds of bullets from suspects’ possession.

According to Rangers Spokesperson, the terrorists had planned to  target a Yaum-e-Ali procession gathering in Karachi, to create  law and order situation in  city.
