ISLAMABAD: Former President and Chief of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML), Pervez Musharraf Sunday lauding the work of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing Panama issue said, it carried out investigation against Sharif family with honesty.

Talking to party leaders, he added that the time for exposing corrupt people has come. “Corrupt people of all political parties should be held accountable,” he added. He said the nation was pushing towards moral and economic devastation, says a press release.

Pervez Musharraf said that the poor are facing numerous problem coupled by burdens of foreign debts. He hoped that Supreme Court likewise JIT would come up to the expectations of masses. He urged the need to create more provinces in the country in order to resolve the administrative issue. He further said the nation was being pushed towards moral and economic devastation.

APML chief said that no one was there to think about the country, adding, the nation was under the burden of poverty and debts. He hoped the Supreme Court would come up to the expectations of masses likewise the JIT.

Pervez Musharraf said that there should be more provinces in Pakistan to resolve the administrative issues and federation be strengthened adding that PTI’s Chairman Imran Khan should join hands with other political parties and keep in view the principal “First of All Pakistan”.

He boasted that Pakistan was a resourceful country but there was need of honest and faithful leadership who may drive the country towards development and prosperity. He said Pakistan was passing through a critical situation, adding there was need of accountability of all corrupt people. He alleged PPP has given nothing to the country.
