ISLAMABAD: The Capital’s administration is fully active against the adulteration and substandard food in different areas of Islamabad. 
 
Food Control Committee conducted raids at different hotels and bakers in different location of Capital. Several high class and popular food outlets were sealed on Saturday.
 
According to media reports, the United Bakers in Super Market was sealed due to unhygienic conditions. Capt Cook Restaurant in Jinnah Super Market was also sealed on similar grounds. 
 
Another restaurant called Atrio in Jinnah Super Market was fined Rs 15,000. Munchies Food in Super Market was fined Rs 30,000 for unsatisfactory cleanliness.
 
China Town Restaurant in F-8 was also fined Rs 20,000. 
 
Meanwhile, Additional Deputy Commissioner Islamabad has warned raids again to check standard of food being served by different hotels and bakers. 
 
He said that a Helpline 1819 has been established where citizens can lodge complaints about adulteration and unhygienic conditions.
