21 succumbed to COVID-19, 1021 tested positive during the last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD, Oct 13 (Online): At least 21 patients lost their lives and 1021 tested positive due to corona virus in the last 24 hours in the country.

According to National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) statistics, 43578 corona tests were carried out during the last 24 hours of which 1021 returned positive. The positivity ratio stands at 2.34.
NCOC statistics said 463,703 have been tested positive in Sindh, 436,720 in Punjab 176,194 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 106,241 in Islamabad, 34,360 in Azad Kashmir, 33,092 in Balochistan and 10,359 in Gilgit-Baltistan
With 21 current deaths, the tally of fatalities due to COVID-19 has soared to 28173.
As per NCOC data so far 12,800 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in Punjab 7,505 in Sindh 5,657 in KP, 935 in Islamabad, 740 in Azad Kashmir, 350 in Balochistan, and 186 in GB.

At least 1,191,425 patients have recovered in the country
As many as 2257 patients are stated to be in critical condition
The number of corona virus doses administered so far in the country stand at 92,597,193 with 941,911 in the last 24 hours.
