PTI has filed a petition in IHC to declare the case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shehbaz Gill in Karachi as illegal
Muhammad Basharat (Online) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court through lawyer Faisal Farid Chaudhry, Niazullah Niazi and others to declare the case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shehbaz Gill in Karachi as illegal. It was requested that the FIR registered in Memongoth police station in Karachi should be declared illegal because separate cases have been registered in Karachi and Islamabad on one case. The purpose of the case is to target the entire leadership of PTI. In the petition, the Home Secretary, IG Islamabad, IG Sindh Police Station Kohsar and Karachi SHO have been made parties.
