Court dismisses Imran Khan appeal plea against trial court’s call up notice in judge threatening case

ISLAMABAD, May 26 (Online): District and Sessions Court Islamabad has dismissed Imran Khan appeal against call up notice from trial court in judge threatening case.

Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Tahir Sipra issued details judgment.

it has been said in detailed judgment issued by ASJ that trial court notice to summon Imran Khan is not illegal. If need be then Imran Khan can place his objection before the trial court.

The court remarked Imran Khan has not challenged column No 2 of challan report. All the evidences are not reviewed in trial court at the time of call up notice. Whether it is offence or otherwise will be determined after detailed review by trial court.

Imran Khan had challenged October 01 order of trial court. Trial court issued call up notice to Imran Khan after the challan was submitted in case which was challenged by Imran Khan in sessions court.
