PM expresses resentment over Imran Khan speeches against senior military leadership

Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif while expressing resentment over Imran Khan speech against army chief and DG ISI has said no one will be allowed to use derogatory remarks against the state and no intimidation, coercion, pressure and blackmailing is acceptable..

An 11members committee with reference to talks on the matter of Long March has been constituted under the interior minister Rana Sana Ullah.

According to sources PM Shahbaz Sharif has made consultations with the allied parties of the government on the prevailing situation.

During the meeting contacts were made with Nawaz Sharif, Asif Zardari and Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

Detailed discussion was made on Imran Khan long march and anti army agenda in the meeting.

The participants of meeting also deliberated over registration of case with reference to direct allegations and campaign by Imran Khan against army chief and DG ISI.

The PM Shahbaz Sharif while expressing annoyance over the speech by Imran Khan against army chief and DG ISI made it clear on PTI that any pressure, coercion and black mailing is neither acceptable nor any one will be allowed to use abusive language against the state.

This man is fitna and is out to ruin the state, he said.

We have never shut the doors to talks if PTI will want to hold talks with us, he observed.

During the meeting an 11-member committee was also constituted and members from allied parties are also included in the committee.

The committee has been formed to make sure the long march will be peaceful, to maintain law and order and to hold political talks. If anyone will have to negotiate regarding the march, they will talk to the committee
The members of committee are Ayaz Sadiq, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Marriyum Aurangzeb .
Khalid Maqbool Siddqui, Mian Iftikhar, Maulana Asad, , Qamar Zaman Kaira and Khalid Magsi.
