AC returns reference against Asif Ali Zardari, Nawaz Sharif, Yousuf Raza Gillani to NAB

ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has returned reference against former president Asif Ali Zardari, Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gillani to NAB.
Reference was returned under NAB amendment ordinance. Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court (AC) issued the orders.

The accused were alleged of 110 million rupees in the reference.NAB case can be made on the charges of Rs 500 million after NAB amendment ordinance.
This way Asif Ali Zardari, Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gillani got a big relief.

The court had declared Nawaz Sharif proclaimed offender in Tosha Khana case due to his absence.

Khawaja Anwar Majid and Ghani Majid also got relief.

Former president Asif Ali Zardari and Yousuf Raza Gillani had filed petition under NAB amendment ordinance.
