KARACHI /LAHORE : To increase number of spectators at the stadium, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has allowed cricket lovers of the Quaid’s city to enjoy Pakistan versus New Zealand second Test free of cost.
The Board announced on Wednesday free entry for Karachiites, in all stands except for two VIP enclosures, during the second Test between Pakistan and New Zealand.
It is pertinent to mention that the Javed Miandad and Hanif Mohammad enclosures hold VIP status and their tickets are worth Rs500 per day.
Separately, PCB has also started approaching universities, schools, and other educational institutions to bring students to the stadium. The board added that it will reach out to old age homes and orphanages as well.
The Second Test between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played from January 2-6.
