Petition against denotifying Pervez Elahi as CM fixed for hearing

LAHORE: The petition filed against the order for denotifying Chaudhry Pervez Elahi as Chief Minister (CM) Punjab has been fixed for hearing.
Registrar office of Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued cause list.A five members larger bench of LHC will hear the petition on January 11.

Justice Asim Hafeez , Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal , Justice Muzammil Akhtar Shabbir and Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh are included in the bench.

The court has issued notice to governor Punjab through principal secretary.
