Nawaz Sharif directs PML-N to make preparations for election

ISLAMABAD: PML-N Supremo Nawaz Sharif has directed to hold intra party election within a month.

Following the amendment in party constitution, Nawaz Sharif will be elected life time Quaid PML-N.
Following Maryam Nawaz induction as senior vice president of PML-N, the way for her appointment as party president has been paved.According to sources Nawaz Sharif has issued directives to hold intra party election within a month in the light of election commission orders.

Nawaz Sharif will be elected as life time party Quaid. Amendment will be made in party constitution in this regard.PML-N secretary general Ahsan Iqbal has started work to make amendments in the party constitution under the directives of Nawaz Sharif.The sources have claimed Shahbaz Sharif has appointed Maryam Nawaz as senior vice president of PML-N on the desire of Nawaz Sharif.

Shahbaz Sharif appointed Maryam Nawaz senior vice president and chief organizer of Party without intra party election under party constitution.Under party constitution senior vice president can become acting president of the party.The way for becoming party president has been paved for Maryam Nawaz after her appointment as party senior vice president.

Holding senior vice president office is must for becoming elected party president.According to sources the post of party chief organizer was given to Maryam Nawaz at the behest of Nawaz Sharif.Maryam Nawaz being organizer will be able to exercise presidential powers in connection with organizational changes.Sources disclosed Nawaz Sharif has assigned task to Maryam Nawaz to make important organizational changes in the party.

The sources claimed several senior leaders of the party have expressed their concern over limitless powers of Maryam Nawaz. They have expressed the fear that the next target of Maryam Nawaz will be the presidentship of party.As per sources Maryam Nawaz on her return to Pakistan will start holding meetings with party office holders across the country.Important decisions are expected with reference to change in party organizational structure.
