The procedure for dissolution of assembly is laid down in the constitution: Law minister
ISLAMABAD: Law minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said the procedure for dissolution of assembly is laid down in the constitution.
“Such things should not be done in haste”, he said this while talking to media men in parliament house here Friday.
Under the constitution there are 48 hours with governor, he held. Governor Punjab will see and decide as per constitution, he added.
