Sindh govt once again regrets to hold LB polls

KARACHI: Sindh government has once again regretted to hold Local Bodies (LB) polls.

Sindh government has written another letter to Election Commission (EC) whereby it has recommended to postpone the by polls.

It has been said in the letter that they are facing security problems and any untoward incident can happen. Therefore, the election be postponed till the fool proof security arrangements are made.
It has been further said in the letter the required strength of army and Rangers will not become available.

The fears of the intelligence agencies about possible terror attack cannot be rejected. The elections cannot be held due to non availability of security forces.
