KP care taker cabinet decides to reopen case of alleged corruption in BRT Peshawar
PESHAWAR: care taker cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) has decided to reopen the case of alleged corruption in BRT Peshawar.
The sources have claimed the decision has been taken to contact NAB and FIA for investigation in order to reopen case of alleged corruption in BRT Peshawar.The matter of social media influencers getting Rs 25000 compensation per month was also discussed in the meeting.
It may be mentioned that a few days back it was revealed that income of Peshawar BRT is less than expenses.It was disclosed in the documents that BRT Peshawar suffered financial loss more than RS 6.35 billion during two years.
BRT income for the year 2021-22 remained Over Rs 1.53 billion while the expenses surpassed over Rs 4.50 billion.
