Pak-Arab Forum being worked out for promoting ties with Arab countries: Ashrafi


ISLAMABAD, March 17 (Online): Special Aide to Prime Minister on Religious Harmony and Middle East, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi has said formation of Pak-Arab Forum is being worked out for promoting tourism, strengthening economic, cultural and religious ties with the Arab countries.
Talking to media in Islamabad, he said Pakistan desires unity and solidarity among all Islamic countries, and they must develop a joint strategy to eradicate extremist organizations, groups and individuals.
Tahir Ashrafi said Pakistan’s relations with Arab countries are getting stronger and Islamabad’s foreign policy in this regard is being praised everywhere.
He said Pakistan’s stance on the issue of Islamophobia and Namoos-e-Risalat has been recognized in the entire Muslim world.
He stressed the need to streamline cohesive and coordinated struggle to eliminate the menaces of Islamophobia, extremism and terrorism at world level.
