“I will try my best to improve situation of the country. I am countering mafia in Punjab therefore, I could not spend time in Sindh. I could not get opportunity to visit interior Sindh ever since I have become PM, Several areas of Sindh are far behind in the line of development. Interior Sindh is the poorest area of Pakistan. The people living in interior Sindh stand deprived of basic necessities. Sindh villages are going backward instead of moving ahead. I saw abject poverty in Balochistan. Full preparations have been made in connection with Rs 446 billion package”, he said this while addressing a cheque distribution ceremony under Kamyab Jawan program in Sukkur on Friday.
Federal ministers, Usman Dar, Sania Nishtar and Muhammad Mian Soomro were also present on the occasion.

He said the country was facing economic woes when I took over the government. “We paid back foreign loan of Rs 35000 billion. The past government paid back debt of only Rs 20 billion dollars. Had we spent the amount of loan we had paid back on nation then the country would have gone far ahead within two and half years. I will try my best to improve the condition of the country”, he added.

He went on to say we are imparting technical education to the youths. It is our endeavor that youths stand on their own feet. We will strive to extend loan free of interest to the youths. We are taking steps to construct play grounds.

He underlined that the laborers had to face difficulties due to corona virus epidemic. The poverty made way to Pakistan abruptly owing to lock down. Preparations have been made for development package for interior Sindh. We are evolving plan to erect a new city on lsland near Karachi. The project yields enormous foreign exchange reserves This project will generate job opportunities for people of Sindh. It is beyond my comprehension why Sindh government withdrew NOC all of a sudden. Sindh government should review its decision on withdrawal of NOC.
