People of Sindh to change their decision in next elections: FM Qureshi

Karachi – July 28 (Online): Foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that people of Sindh are waiting for a change since last twelve years, adding that next general elections would bring alternative leadership to Sindh.
Addressing a media talk in Karachi on Wednesday, the Foreign Minister said that some elements do not want stability in Pakistan.
The Foreign Minister termed Dasu bus accident as an attempt to harm Pak-China cordial relationship.
Talking about PPP’s governance in Sindh, Shah Mehmood said that people of Sindh elected current Sindh rulers as their leadership, but unfortunately today they [masses] are in a state of helplessness. “Everyone is witnessing miserable condition of Tharparkar and interior Sindh. Where does the law and order stand here? What does Sindh’s health department look like?” the Foreign Minister took PPP government to the cleaners.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that those who chime of eighteenth amendment should also tell their performance. They [PPP] talk about democratic norms in assemblies but they should first practice democracy in Sindh.
The Foreign Minister, while talking about Baluchistan’s situation said that the province is an important unit of Pakistan’s federation. We will have to find solutions to problems in Baluchistan. We want to streamline those who are disgruntled, the minister said.
