China and Russia have vetoed a US-led move to impose more United Nations sanctions on North Korea over its renewed ballistic missile launches.
The remaining 13 council members, according to radio Pakistan, all voted in favor of the US-drafted resolution that proposed banning tobacco and oil exports to North Korea.
