Cabinet extended, Senator Malik Shahadat Awan made part of cabinet

Federal cabinet has been extended and PPP senator Shahadat Awan has been made part of the cabinet.

Senator Malik Shahadat Awan of Pakistan People’s Party took oath as Minister of State Monday.

President Dr. Arif Alvi administered the oath to him at a ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad on Monday.

Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif had accorded approval to appoint Senator Shahadat Awan as state minister a few days earlier. His portfolio will be announced later.
