If Imran Khan not ready to accept May 9 incidents responsibility the law will take its course: Khurram Dastgir

GUJRANWALA, May 20 (Online): Energy minister Khurram Dastgir has said Lahore High Court (LHC) can suspend notification but it can not give directive to speaker National Assembly (NA).
” No provision is there in law for withdrawing the resignations. However final decision regarding PTI Members of National Assembly (MNAs) will be made by NA speaker, he said this while addressing a press conference here Saturday.

He held PTI MNAs had left the assemblies on their will. The resignation cannot be withdrawn after it is accepted.

He went on to say the miscreants attacked civil and military installations on May 9. They also set ablaze motorcycles of the citizens.

All saw the difference between those who made Pakistan and those who burnt Pakistan.

In Imran Khan statement no repentance was shown. Chairman PTI Is not ready to accept the responsibility of May 9 incidents.

If he does not accept responsibility then the law will take its course, he added.

He underlined that Imran Khan has to decide if he has to stay as democratic party or otherwise.
