Case of missing Baloch student from AAU referred to CJ IHC
Islamabad (Muhammad Basharat – Online): Justice Babar Sattar of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has referred the matter of missing Baloch student to the Chief Justice (CJ).
The case pertaining to recovery of 17 years old Baloch student Feroze Baloch who has gone missing from Arid Agriculture University (AAU) came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Babar Sattar here Wednesday.
Imaan Mazari advocate appeared on behalf of petitioner Rahim Dad in the court. Noor Bakhsh father of Feroze Baloch who had come from Balochistan also appeared in the court.
At the inception of hearing Justice Babar Sattar remarked cases like this are already pending hearing with CJ IHC. We send this case too to him.
The petitioner told the court Feroze Baloch, 17 was studying in AAU Rawalpindi. He is missing since May 11.
Ministry of human rights, interior ministry, vice chancellor university and missing persons commission have been made respondents in the application.
Noor Bakhsh father of Feroze Baloch while talking to media men after hearing of the case appealed to the government of Pakistan and institutions to recover his missing son Feroze Baloch. He has gone missing since one month and five days. But he is still untraceable.
He held if his son has committed any crime then he be presented before court. His mother health is deteriorating day by day due to her missing son.
