Cabinet approves nomination of special court under anti-rap act

ISLAMABAD 21 May (Online): Federal cabinet has given approval of nominating special court under Anti-rape Act.
According to sources cabinet took step for the provision of justice to the rape victims and sexually abused suppressed people and approved the nomination of special court to district and session judge west Islamabad.

Cabinet give approval through summary circulation and nominated additional district and session judge Adnan Rasool Lark’s court as special court under ant-rape act.
Special court was nominated under Anti-rape Act 2021.
Special court will deal sessions division west Islamabad anti-rape cases.
Sources further said Chief Justice Islamabad high Court recommended the nomination of special court.
