Another dry lease of PIA aircraft reached Pakistan

Another Airbus 32 aircraft acquired on dry lease by the national airline (PIA) has reached Pakistan from Sharjah.

The first aircraft arrived in Pakistan on April 29 and is now performing operational services.

The PIA had tendered for the acquisition of the aircraft last year.

Two more planes will arrive in Pakistan in the next few days to join the PIA fleet.

With the addition of these planes, the number of Airbus 320s in PIA will increase to 14.

A PIA spokesman said that the new Equipped with new seats, modern and comfortable cabins, the aircraft will be operated on domestic, regional and Gulf routes.
